No tipping, and no cancellation fees!
All supplies and equipment are provided.
All our team members are insured, criminal record checked, and covered under WSIB.
All cleaning materials (cloths, mopheads, ect) are washed on a daily basis, and never reused between clients.
We are located in Listowel! We are able to travel in town efficiently and arrive at our out-of-town clients on time.
We send out reminder emails and make reminder calls before your scheduled cleaning time.
You can guarantee we will be there on the day we say we will.
We know how long it takes to clean your home. We arrive on time, clock out only when done, adjust our price if we over-quote, or can find tasks to fill time if you prefer.
If you’re home during a cleaning, a final cleaning inspection is done and approved by you.
Green cleans (eco-friendly-only products), allergen-conscious cleans, and scent-free cleans can all be requested free of charge.
Requests for cleaners to wear PPE during cleans can be made at any time, free of charge.
